ตำแหน่ง: Waiter/Waitress
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Responsibilities :
- บริการดูแลลูกค้าในห้องอาหาร เช่น รับรายการสั่งอาหารจากลูกค้า เสริฟอาหารให้ลูกค้า
Service all customers in the restaurant such as taking and serving orders.
- ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ และเครื่องใช้ ภายในบริเวรห้องอาหารให้สะอาดและเรียบร้อยอยู่เสมอ
Always keep all equipments in restaurant area clean and neat.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Responsibilities :
- จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการปรุงอาหาร
Food preparation
- ช่วยพ่อครัวในการปรุงอาหาร
Assist Chef to cook

Position: Guest Service Relation (GSA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Present warm welcome to all guests into the hotel.
- Welcome guest comment/complain with polite manner.
- Greet personal and telephone callers and find out the nature of their enquiry.
- Transmits and receives telephone messages. Promptly answer all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette; must sound professional, credible, pleasant and sincere.
- Provide information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts, either in the organization or elsewhere
- 6. Make reservations, check guests into and out of the hotel, give information on facilities available and advise visitors about places of interest
- Note requests for wake-up calls, transport arrangements and other general enquiries to respective department.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Service Relation or Front Office
- Service and result oriented
- Self-motivated and positive thinking
- Good command of English (listening & speaking)
